Title GlulΔlyz2, liver injury 2
Sample type SRA

Source name liver
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: liver
genotype: Gluldlyz2
treatment: Acute liver injury induction by LPS/D-GalN injection
Treatment protocol Acute liver injury was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 1 mg/kg LPS and 200 mg/kg D-GalN
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted from liver tissues by TRIzol (TaKaRa, 9109).
The libraries were prepared by the NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit and performed on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform in Mingma Technologies Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Description KOLD4
Data processing Base calling was performed with RTAv2.7.6, and the fastq files were generated by bcl2fastqv 2.15.0 (Illumina,Inc.).
Alignment of the trimmed RNA-seq reads to the ensemble mouse genome assembly (GRCm39 (GCA_000001635.9)
The counts of the reads mapped to individual genes were calculated by feature Countsv 2.0.3.
DEGs were identified by the DESeq2 (version3.15; https://bioconductor.org/packages/DESeq2/), a cut-off of padj<0.05 and |log2(foldchange)|>1 was applied.
Assembly: GRCm39
Supplementary files format and content: Excel file includes FPKM values for all samples
