Description |
A total of 2 micro gram of extracted total RNA from the pooled samples in each disease category was prepared and 250 ng of this was labelled with a 3D-Gene miRNA labelling kit (Toray) followed by hybridizing onto 3D-Gene Human miRNA Oligo chips (Toray). 3 CIN3

The raw data of each spot was normalized by substitution with a mean intensity of the background signal determined by all blank spots’ signal intensities of 95% confidence intervals.
