Data processing |
Log ratios between the Hy3/Hy5 have been provided along with the normalized independent Hy3 and Hy5 signals. The quantified signals (background correction) were normalized using the global Lowess (LOcally WEighted Scatterplot Smoothing) regression algorithm.
