Hybridization protocol Synthesized cDNA were hybridized to Kuhara DNA chip (DNA Chip Research, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan) at 65 degrees C for 48 h.
Description The ratio of intensity Cy5/Cy3 was calculated and normalized with negative control spots. In order to rescue data that had a higher intensity than the scanning range, the array were scanned twice with different laser power. This data is result from high power scanning.
