Status Public on Apr 28, 2024
Title normal tissues of patient 4
Sample type SRA

Source name colon
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: colon
cell line: normal tissue
cell type: normal
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Fresh normal mucosa and MCA tissue were washed with ice-cold PBS and minced into small pieces. Then the normal and tumor tissue pieces were digested with collagenase VIII at 0.38 mg/mL and DNase I at 0.1 mg/mL in 30% FBS for 1.0h at 37 °C. After digestion, tissue pieces were washed with PBS twice.
Library was constructed according to the manufacter's instructions (single cell 3' V2 protocol 10 X genomics)

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic single cell
Library selection cDNA
