Cells were harvested via centrifugation and dilution to 1x106 cells/ml in PBS with 1% BSA. All samples had a viability of >95%. Cells were prepared according to the Handbook "Cell Preparation for Single Cell Protocols" by 10x Genomics. 10x Genomics Single Cell 3' v3

demultiplexed data were aligned and quantified using cellranger v7.1.0 using GRCh38 reference genome v2020 Assembly: GRCh38 Supplementary files format and content: HDF5 Feature-Barcode Matrix Format. Binary format of multidimensional arrays containing count of reads containing valid barcodes and UMIs as well as metadata on the libraries and gene sets/annotations.
