Sample GSM7659915 Query DataSets for GSM7659915
Status Public on Mar 01, 2024
Title KO_CHW_2
Sample type genomic

Source name liver
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics Sex: male
strain: C57BL/6J
tissue: liver
treatment: CHOW
genotype: Hepatocyte-specific PPARa KO
Treatment protocol 7-week old male hepatocyte-specific PPARα KO and WT mice were fed either a chow diet (normal standard diet, containing 9% energy from fat, 58% from carbohydrates, and 33% from protein) or a CDAHFD (choline-deficient L-amino acid defined high-fat diet, A06071302, New Brunswick, NJ USA, containing 62% energy from fat, 20% from carbohydrates, and 18% from protein) for 6 weeks ad libitum
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol At 13 weeks, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation after anaesthesia with ketamine and xylazine diluted in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) (2:2:6). Liver samples were immediately snap frozen and genomic DNA was extracted and purified from liver biopsies using Qiagen DNeasy Kit according to standard instructions
Label Cy3 and Cy5
Label protocol Standard Illumina Protocol

Hybridization protocol bisulphite converted DNA was amplified, fragmented and hybridized to Illumina Infinium Mouse Methylation BeadChip using standard Illumina protocol
Scan protocol Arrays were imaged using Illumina iScan using standard recommended Illumina scanner setting
