Data processing |
Transcriptome Analysis Console Software version 4.0.2 (Thermo Fisher Scientific) was used for data normalization and detection of expression signals, using the robust multichip analysis (RMA) and detection above background (DABG) algorithms. The same software was used for conducting differential expression analysis, employing the limma package with eBayes statistics (criteria: p<0.05 and fold change ≥ 1.5 or ≤ -1.5).
