Mycelium was collected and washed three times with 0.1 mphosphate buffer saline (PBS) (pH 6.8-7.2).

Growth protocol |
The WT and ΔAomsn2 strains were cultured in a PDA medium for 7 days. Afterward, 200 C. elegans cells were added to each plate for 24 hours.
