RNA was harvested using Invitrogen RiboPure™ Bacteria Kit (ThermoFisher Scientific). RNA libraries for RNA Seq were prepared using Illumina Stranded Total RNA Prep, Ligation with Ribo-Zero™ Plus kit following manufacturer's instructions.
