Extraction protocol RNA was harvested according to the MN RNA-isolation kit(MN;#7409555) standard protocols. NEBNext® Ultra™ Directional RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina(NEB #E7420S) was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries.

Adapters are not trimmed away from the reads.
bedGraph files were converted to BigWig files and the resulted bw files were averaged by WiggleTools 1.2 (https://github.com/Ensembl/WiggleTools).
