Data processing |
Differential expression analysis used the DESeq2 Bioconductor package, a model based on the negative binomial distribution. To control for false positives in the analysis, the p-values of the differentially expressed genes were adjusted using the Benjamini and Hochberg approach. In this analysis, genes with an adjusted p-value (Padj) < 0.05 were considered significantly differentially expressed. The GOSeq package (v1.34.1) was used to identify Gene Ontology (GO) terms that annotate a list of enriched genes with a significant p-value less than 0.05. Assembly: dgcA
