Description WT4741-1
WT4741 gene expression.txt
Data processing SOAPnuke v1.5.6
Sequence reads for adaptor sequence/low-quality sequence/unknown base ('N' base) using SOAPnuke software. Low-Quality limit (base quality less than or equal to 15):20%, unknown base limit: 5%.
Clean sequence reads analysis and data mining were performed on Dr. Tom Multi-omics Data mining system (https://biosys.bgi.com)
The clean data were aligned to the reference genome using HISAT2 (v2.1.0) and aligned to the gene set using Bowtie2.
Expression level of gene was calculated by RSEM (v1.3.1). The differential expression analysis was performed using the DESeq2(v1.4.5) with Q value ≤ 0.05.
Assembly: R64
Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text file includes FPKM values for each sample
