Data processing |
To process raw files to count matrices, 10x Genomics Cell Ranger 6.1.2 with the human reference genome GRCh38 was used with default settings. Cell Ranger-processed filtered feature matrices were analyzed using R version 4.2.2 and Seurat version 4.3.0. Assembly: GRCh38-1.2.0 Supplementary files format and content: Processed files with output of the 10X cellranger pipeline (filtered_feature_bc_matrix, .tsv and .matrix files).
