*library strategy: CUT&RUN Libraries sequencing quality were analyzed using fastQC software. Alignment of paired-end reads was done using bowtie2 to the dm6 reference genome. Alignments with MAPQ smaller than 30 were discarded. For data visualization, bigWig files were produced using bamCoverage software (deeptools), ignoring duplicate reads and applying RPKM normalization.
