Extraction protocol RNA was prepared using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Germany) following the manufacturer's recommendations. RNA purified was quantified at OD260nm by using a ND-1000 spectrophotometer (Nanodrop Technology, USA) and qualitated by Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent Technology, USA) with RNA 6000 nano labchip kit (Agilent Technologies, USA).
Label Cy3
Label protocol 1.65 μg of Cy3 cRNA for zebrafish array was fragmented to an average size of about 50-100 nucleotides by incubation with fragmentation buffer at 60°C for 30 minutes.
 
Hybridization protocol The fragmented labeled cRNA was then hybridized to oligo microarray at 60°C for 17 h.
Scan protocol After washing and drying by nitrogen gun blowing, microarrays are scanned with an Agilent microarray scanner (Agilent Technologies, USA) at 535 nm for Cy3.
Description Gene expression after 4hr in C. albicans infected zebrafish
Data processing Scanned images are analyzed by Feature extraction 9.5.3 software (Agilent Technologies, USA), image analysis and normalization software is used to quantify signal and background intensity for each feature.
