Growth protocol |
The mammary glands of ErbB3 DOX-KO mice were harvested under sterile conditions, minced, and digested in 1 mg/ml collagenase/0.3 mg/ml hyaluronidase (Stem Cell Technologies, Vancouver, Canada). Organoids were processed according to protocol provided by Stem Cell Technologies, resuspended in growth factor-reduced Matrigel (BD Life Sciences) and plated in 8-well chamber slides.
