Data processing |
STAR was used for read alignments. exomePeak was used for peak calling. MemeChip was used for motif analysis. Ontology was performed with DAVID. Meta-analysis was performed using MetaPlot. Assembly: GRCm38 Supplementary files format and content: Consistent Peaks across replicates are presented as .bed files for the WT and KO. Genes for each peak are listed with peak coordinates as well.
