Growth protocol The plants were cultivated in a greenhouse under a 16-hour light (22 °C)/8-hour dark (16 °C) cycle, maintaining approximately 50% relative humidity.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted from grains using M5 HiPer Plant RNeasy Complex Mini Kit (Mei5bio). 1 μg total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
The sequencing libraries construction and sequencing on the BGISEQ-500 platform were performed at Beijing Geonomics institute(BGI)

Data processing The RNA-seq clean reads were mapped to the reference genome IWGSC Refseq v1.1 using Bowtie2
