Treatment protocol The three rabbits without treatment were taken as the control group (NS). The other rabbits with HS lesions were randomly divided into 3 groups (three rabbits in each group): HS, drug-loaded MNs, and 5-Fu injection. Administration started from the 22nd day after skin resection, once a week for 3 consecutive weeks (on the 22nd, 29th and 36th day). For NS and HS, no treatment was given. For drug-loaded MNs, one patch of drug-loaded MNs was used in each HS lesion. For 5-Fu injection, 0.1 mL of 5-Fu solution (120 μg) was injected in each HS lesion.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using Rneasy mini plus kit (Qiagen) and used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA-seq were prepared using SMARTER mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit following manufacturer's protocols.
