Status Public on Mar 01, 2024
Title Sequencing data of leaf of heat-resistant line under normal condition, replicate 2, bulkRNAseq
Sample type SRA

Source name Leaf
Organism Zea mays
Characteristics inbred line: Z58D
tissue: Leaf
treatment: 32℃ for 6h
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using RNeasy Plant Mini kit (Vazyme, Nanjing, China). 2 ug of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
Sequencing libraries were generated using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina and index codes were added to attribute sequences to each sample
Libraries for mRNA-seq were constructed and sequenced by Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd (Beijing, China)

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
