| Description |
Antibodies in samples bind to barcoded beads conjugated to antigens. Antibody reactivity was quantified by the fluorescence measured as MFI from the secondary antibody.

Barebeed MFI values were subtracted from the MFI values for all analytes in each sample and replicate MFI values were averaged.
