Description |
Antibodies in samples bind to barcoded beads conjugated to antigens. Antibody reactivity was quantified by the fluorescence measured as MFI from the secondary antibody.

Data processing |
Barebeed MFI values were subtracted from the MFI values for all analytes in each sample and replicate MFI values were averaged. CTD Array version 2 Platform Raw MFI_02272024.xlsx: raw data matrix_MFI.txt: Numerical values represent median fluorescent intensity (MFI).
