Reads were aligned to the mm10 mouse genome using HISAT2 in the Galaxy platform. Assignment to transcriptional units, standard filtering steps and basic statistical analysis of triplicate samples was done using Rsubread (version 3.6) in Bioconductor and custom R scripts.
