Growth protocol All rice plants were grown in the paddy field of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, located in Shanghai (31.03ºN, 121.45ºE).
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using RNAeasy kit (Qiagen).
Libraries were prepared from 2-5μg of total RNA, and mRNA was enriched with Dynabeads mRNA Purification Kit (Thermo Fisher).
