Sample GSM8172389 Query DataSets for GSM8172389
Status Public on Apr 01, 2024
Title HS-3
Sample type SRA

Source name Liver
Organism Oncorhynchus mykiss
Characteristics tissue: Liver
cell type: Liver tissue
treatment: the experimental group is subjected to heat stress by treating the rainbow trout liver in 24C for a duration of 8 h
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol According to the manufacturer's protocol, total RNA from the liver of rainbow trout was extracted using the Trizol kit (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, California, USA).
cDNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing sequenced using Illumina HiSeq6000 of Gene Denovo Biotechnology Co.
The short reads sequence alignment tool Bowtie2 (version 2.2.8) was used to map read sequences to the ribosomal RNA (rRNA) database, and the mapped reads were removed.
For each transcribed region, use StringTie software to calculate the FPKM (number of fragments per thousand base pairs of transcribed fragments per thousand base pairs) value to quantify its expression abundance and variation.
Assembly: Oncorhynchus mykiss Omyk_1.1
Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each Sample …
