Data processing CEL files were GC correct and then processed using IRON (default settings) using custom CDFs. The full length transcript probe-set based data are provided along with the custom CDF. A 2SD filter was utilised to distinguish protein coding gene expression above background

CDF probes were aligned to genome reference Grch38 and transcriptome reference gencode43
Log 2 values generated using IRON from GC corrected CEL files. No filter has been applied for detected above background. Critically, a filter of 2SD should be applied to remove non expressed protein coding genes, if this data is to be used for any global analysis
