To isolate cerebellar stem cells, Prominin1+, Lineage-negative (Lin–) cells were FACS-sorted from cerebella of 5-7-day-old WT mice. Tumor cells were isolated by enzymatic dissociation of cerebella from adult tumor-bearing mice. All cells were snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen. RNA was isolated using the RNAqueous kit (Ambion), and was labeled and hybridized to Affymetrix Mouse Genome 430 2.0 arrays.
