Status Public on Jul 30, 2024
Title Control_03
Sample type SRA

Source name Tumor
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: Tumor
genotype: OE_control
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using Rneasy mini plus kit (Qiagen). 1ug of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
The clean RNA samples were used for library preparation in the Genomic and RNA Profling Core, Baylor College of Medicine. Libraries were constructed using a Truseq library preparation kit (Illumina, USA) following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing The raw sequence reads were mapped to GRCm38 using STAR (V2.5.3a).
The alignmented bam file were performed using markduplicated.
The FPRM value extract were performed using cufflinks.
Assembly: GRCm38
Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text file FPKM counts for each samples
