Hybridization protocol Hybridization, washing, and staining procedures were conducted with Fluidics Station 450 as described in the GeneChip Expression Analysis Technical Manual (Affymetrix).
Scan protocol Scanning procedure was conducted with GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G as described in the GeneChip Expression Analysis Technical Manual (Affymetrix).
