After cells were lysed with Trizol, they were shipped to Sangon Biotech (Shanghai, China) in dry ice. Total RNA transcriptomic sequencing of HepG2-pLVX, HepG2-NFE2L1, and HepG2-NFE2L1ΔC cells was performed by Sangon Biotech (Shanghai, China) on the HiseqNOVA platform (contract No.: MRNA193522ZZ).
