dH1f fibroblasts were superinfected or not with retroviral vectors expressing Oct4, Sox2, Klf4 and c-Myc for 6 days. Fibroblasts were then treated or not with 10uM Dot1L inhibitor for 5 days.

Fibroblasts were grown in alpha-MEM containing 10% inactivated fetal serum (IFS), 50 U/ml penicillin, 50 mg/ml streptomycin, and 1 mM L-glutamine.
