Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

Description |
Gene expression data from purified memory CD4+ T cells from healthy donor blood at T0 CD4+ T cells were positively purified from patient tumors using Dynabeads CD4 (Invitrogen); Memory CD4+ cells were purified from a healthy donor (D6) by CD45RA depletion [Dynabeads M-450 Epoxy coupled to anti-CD45RA (#304102, Biolegend) followed by Dynabeads CD4 (Invitrogen) positive selection.

Data processing |
The data (CEL files) were analyzed in R version 2.10.1 for RMA normalization.
