Methylated CpG island-associated DNA was prepared using methylation specific antibody. This ChIPed DNA was processed for high throughput sequencing using Illumina ChIP-Seq Sample Prep Kit. For sequencing, 200bp insert sized library was selected from agarose gel. Sequencing was performed at Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx, single read sequencing.
