Sample type |
RNA |
|
|
Source name |
digestive gland of Manila clam exposed for 5 days to 1000 µg IBU/l
|
Organism |
Ruditapes philippinarum |
Characteristics |
time point: 5 days agent: 1000 µg IBU/l
|
Treatment protocol |
digestive gland of Manila clam exposed for 5 days to 1000 µg IBU/l Clams were maintained in glass aquaria (without sediment) containing aerated seawater (1 l per animal) in the same thermo-haline conditions that were used during 7 days of acclimatization. Every day, seawater was changed and IBU and microalgae (I. galbana, at an initial concentration of about 150,000 cells/l) were added.
