Total RNA was prepared from HL-1 cultures using the TRIzol® reagent. Small RNA <70 nt was enriched by flashPAGE™ electrophoresis. Libraries were created with the SOLiD™ Small RNA Expression Kit and sequenced using SOLiD™ version 2 reagents.
