Treatment protocol LNCaP-1F5 cells were grown in charcoal stripped medium for 3 days followed by treated with vehicle or 100 nM DHT or 100 nM Dex or 1000 nM CPA or 1000 nM (RU486) or combination of 100 nM DHT+Dex for 24 hours followed by RNA isolation.
Growth protocol LNCaP-1F5 cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), 2 mM L-glutamine, and 10 mM HEPES supplemented with antibiotics (penicillin and streptomycin).
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kitwith DNaseI treatment in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.

Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared with the Ambion MessageAmp kit for Illumina arrays
