Samples from independent primary mammary tumors from MMTV-Neu,MMTV-Cre:p53, MMTV-Cre:PTEN, MMTV-Cre:PTEN:p53, WAP-Cre:PTEN, and WAP-Cre:PTEN:p53 models were frozen and kept in -80 degree.
