Vaccine adjuvant monophosphoryl lipid A effect on the spleen
Summary:
Analysis of spleens of animals treated with the vaccine adjuvant monophosphoryl lipid A (MPLA). MPLA is a low-toxicity derivative of lipopolysaccharide with useful immunostimulatory properties. Results provide insight into the mechanism of action of MPLA.
