Analysis of Bacillus subtilis culture samples taken at various time points following the addition of 3mM potassium sorbate. Sorbic acid is a food preservative that inhibits the growth of bacteria, yeast, and molds. Results provide insight into the response of B. subtilis to sorbic acid stress.
