SRX2442481: WGS of Citrus glauca: Australian desert lime
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 16.3M spots, 3.1G bases, 1.5Gb downloads

Design: DNA was prepared using a slightly modified CTAB protocol (Webb and Knapp, 1990). DNA libraries were prepared using the NEBNext Ultra Low Input kit in the University of California, Riverside Institute for Integrative Genme Biology core facility (IIGB) with fragmentation by sonication. Average insert sizes, including adapters, were about 325 bp. 100-bp paired ends were sequenced in 3-sample multiplex on a Illumina HiSeq2500 at IIGB.
