This study provides evidence that aphid lncRNAs play a role in regulating aphid-plant interactions and at least one M. persicae lncRNA is a virulence factor Overall design: RNA-Seq exeperiment was designed to investigate the genes that are involved in host adaptaion in Myzus percicae. The following gtf files contain manual annotation of Ya gene in Aphis glycines (A.glycines.Ya.gtf) Acyrthosiphon pisum(A.pisum.Ya.gtf) D. noxia (D.noxia.Ya.gtf) Myzus cerasi (M.cerasi.Ya.gtf) Rhopalosiphum padi (R.padi.Ya.gtf) and the 'Ya_aphid.fa' contains cDNA sequence in fasta format for the above gtf files.
