SRX6969498: Targeted-Capture of Eubalaena japonica: Ejap
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 12.8M spots, 3.9G bases, 1.8Gb downloads

Design: Illumina libraries were constructed for each sample using the NEBNext Ultra and Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kits with NEBNext Multiplex Oligos (Dual Index Primers Set 1); Biotinylated RNA baits (MYbaits) of 100 nucleotides in length were designed by MYcroarray (Ann Arbor, MI, USA; now Arbor Biosciences) for ~3200 protein-coding genes derived from Orcinus orca genome. RNA baits were hybridized to libraries and desired sequences were pulled out to be sequenced.

Study: Target sequence capture of 3191 genes in Cetaceans
show Abstracthide Abstract
These correspond to Illumina raw reads derived from a target sequence capture project designed to capture 3,191 genes from cetaceans and outgroups for use in a comparative phylogenomic study of the Cetacea.
Sample: Eubalaena japonica (SWFSC Z43864) target sequence capture
