SRX7862246: PacBio sequencing of Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans isolate AMFP13/1
1 PACBIO_SMRT (Sequel) run: 1.1M spots, 6.9G bases, 1.6Gb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA was isolated using yeast protocol for Qiagen 100G genomic tips and checked using the Qubit dsDNA HS Assay Kit. PacBio Sequel library prep, quality checks and sequencing on a PacBio Sequel machine was performed by BaseClear (BaseClear B.V., Sylviusweg 74, 2333 BE LEIDEN, The Netherlands), quality checks following library prep indicated the presence of shorter fragments and so size selection was performed on reads from these samples before sequencing.
