Study: Factors governing the transcriptome changes and chronological lifespan of fission yeast during phosphate starvation II
show Abstracthide Abstract
This RNA-Seq analysis compares gene expression of the wild-type fission yeast (Schizosaccharomyces pombe) strain at various times after transfer to defined phosphate-replete ePMGT(+PO4) medium (2, 4, 8 HR) contrasting to the WT fission yeast S. pombe cells grown in phosphate-replete YES medium (0HR). Overall design: 3 test samples and 1 control sample was processed (each sample has 3 replicate experiments)
Sample: WT_8h-1

Name: GSM7903100
Instrument: Illumina NovaSeq 6000
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: PAIRED
Construction protocol: hot acid phenol RNA purification protocol RNA-seq libraries were prepared from polyA+ RNA using the Illumina TruSeq stranded mRNA Kit according to the manufacturers protocol. Indexed libraries were normalized and pooled for paired-end sequencing performed using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 instrument at the Weill Cornell Medical College Genome Core Facility (in New York). Stranded polyA+ RNA Seq
