Pseudomonas sp. ZS001was isolated by using soluble starch as inducer from peanut planting soil of Dasi Town, Tianjin, China. Reporting the genome sequence of strain ZS001 can help us understand the metabolic mechanisms of Pseudomonas member at the genetic level. Genomic information can provide a foundation for research directions such as wastewater treatment and degradation of organic sulfur (nitrogen) compounds.
