Abstract: RNA-seq of multiple tissues (brain, pituitary gland, pectoral aductor muscle, gill, gonad, liver) of Pacific Ocean stickleback (G. aculeatus) and Japan Sea stickleback (G. nipponicus) were conducted. Lab-raised matured adults were used.
