Abstract: In this study, RNA-Seq analysis was performed to identify differentially expressed genes in American kestrels exposed in ovo toenvironmentally relevant concentrations of SCCPs and TBBPA-BDBPE. Our goal was not only to identify dysregulated genes, but also to gain a better understanding of kestrel genomics.
