Title 29K Cotton Genome Array
Technology type spotted DNA/cDNA
Distribution custom-commercial
Organism Gossypium hirsutum
Manufacturer CapitalBio Corporation,National Engineering Research Center for Beijing Biochip Technology,18 Life Science Parkway, Beijing 102206, China
Manufacture protocol 1.29K Cotton Genome cDNA microarray constructed by Peking University and CapitalBio Corp. The Peking University construct cDNA library and provide PCR products (Shi et al., 2006). And PCR products were printed in SmartArrayTM (CapitalBio Corp., Beijing, China).
2. Hex was used as positive control.
3. 50% DMSO was used as negative control.
4.Several housekeeping genes were used as hybridization positive control.
5.Eight sequence derived from intergenic regions of the yeast genome showing no significant homology with any existing cotton sequences in GenBank were used as external controls.
