NimbleGen design name 110120_Cmosq_BH_exp, NimbleGen design ID 547751. A 12-plex 135K feature expression design (Expr12x135K) for 18,692 protein coding genes from Culex quinquefasciatus based on the CpipJ1.2 geneset in Vectorbase using an average of 3 60-mer probes per transcript, with each transcript/probe duplicated on the array. Probes representing 124 non-coding RNAs were also included on the array. The design includes random GC and other control probes.
