Title Role of BmoR in Bacteroides fragilis response to oxidative stress
Organism Bacteroides fragilis
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Comparison of transcriptional profile of wild-type and bmoR mutant strains of Bacteroides fragilis grown under anaerobic conditions and after exposure to atmospheric oxygen for 1 hour.

Overall design This is an eight chip study using two biological replicates of each strain under anaerobic or oxygen exposure conditions. Anaerobic grown wild-type strain was used as reference for alterations in gene expression.
